You can get around Dammam by taxi, bus or car hire. Some licensed taxis are available in Dammam. Your hotel may be able to arrange a taxi for you. Bus transportation within Dammam is limited. However, the state-run Saudi Public Transport Company runs regular bus schedules between Dammam and other cities. The Dammam bus station is located within the intersection of eleven street with Waaqidi street. International car hire agencies are widely available in Dammam with many car hire offices available at the airport. Generally in Saudi Arabia, the minimum age for care hire ranges between 23 and 25 years. However, some car hire companies may allow rentals to those below 23 years of age.
