Emirates Skywards is now the loyalty programme for flydubai. This means you’ll be able to earn Skywards Miles, as well as Tier Miles, every time you fly with flydubai or with Emirates, enhancing earning and spending opportunities if you travel with both airlines.

There are many benefits of having one programme for two airlines:

• You’ll earn the same currency

• When you earn the same currency with two airlines, you’ll earn faster and reach rewards faster. You’ll also rise through the tiers of the programme faster, so the benefits of membership get better and better.

  
  
• You can spend your Skywards Miles with flydubai at any time

• When spending your Skywards Miles with flydubai, you can use them to pay for flights and optional extras for any trip, on any day, to any destination because there are no blackout dates.

  
  
• With flydubai you can be flexible with how you pay

• With flydubai, there’s no minimum balance of Skywards Miles required, so you can pay for any booking by using Cash+Miles. You can even use your Skywards Miles to pay for small things, like a pre-ordered meal to enjoy when you’re on board.

• You can earn a higher tier status

• The Emirates Skywards programme has four membership tiers, starting with Blue, then Silver, then Gold and finally Platinum. With each new tier, you’ll enjoy more and more benefits, such as priority check-in as well as additional checked baggage allowances.

There are two types of Miles you can earn when you’re a member of the Emirates Skywards loyalty programme: Skywards Miles and Tier Miles.

• Skywards Miles are Miles earned through flights with flydubai and Emirates, as well as through promotions and partner offers. These Skywards Miles can be spent on a variety of rewards.
• Tier Miles are Miles earned only when you fly with flydubai or with Emirates. These Tier Miles will help you reach the next tier of membership, so you enjoy a wider range of benefits.

The Skywards Miles you earn when flying with flydubai are calculated on the basis of your route, your class of travel and your tier status. And once you move beyond the Blue tier, you’ll start to earn additional Skywards Miles based on your tier status.

Tier Miles are earned in addition to Skywards Miles every time you fly with flydubai or with Emirates. And while Tier Miles can’t be spent on rewards, they allow members to rise through the programme’s tiers: from Blue to Silver, Silver to Gold and ultimately Gold to Platinum.

With flydubai, you can use your Skywards Miles to pay for flights for any trip, on any day, to any destination because there are no blackout dates.

And with flydubai, there’s no minimum balance of Skywards Miles required, so you can pay for any booking by using Cash+Miles.

It’s easy to spend your Skywards Miles with flydubai. Simply log in to your Emirates Skywards account through flydubai.com or call the flydubai Customer Centre on (+971) 600 54 44 45. You’ll receive a reference number and the booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

To move up a tier, you'll need to earn the required amount of Tier Miles by flying with flydubai and/or with Emirates.

Once you’ve reached a new tier, you’ll enjoy the membership privileges of that tier for 14 months, even if you don’t earn enough Tier Miles during the following 12 months to retain your status.

As a Blue member, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:

• Instant upgrades at check-in with Skywards Miles for Emirates flights
• Unlimited free Wi-Fi in Emirates First Class and Emirates Business Class
