Our General Cargo service is an affordable transport solution for all types of goods with fully-automated warehouse storage and retrieval systems.

Priority cargo is guaranteed to travel on the flight booked. If for any reason it doesn't travel on that flight, you'll receive a refund for the difference between the General and Priority rate.

You can now transport dangerous goods securely across various destinations on the flydubai Cargo network and beyond. Our priority is to ensure the safe, efficient and careful transportation of dangerous goods, at all times during the process.

The transport of dangerous cargo by air is subject to national, international and the carrier’s own legislation.

flydubai accepts the following classes of dangerous goods:

• Class 1 - Explosives
• Class 3 - Flammable liquids
• Class 6 - Toxic and infectious substances
• Class 7 - Radioactive material
• Class 8 - Corrosives
• Class 9 - Miscellaneous dangerous substances and articles, including environmentally hazardous substances

* All the above classes are subject to carrier limitations and restrictions.

Perishable cargo will be temperature controlled throughout the journey.

Your valuable items can be transported in unopened, specially provided boxes.

If you're a courier service provider, flydubai can help. Consignments can be shipped on Airway Bills (AWB) or Unaccompanied Courier Bags (CBV).

We provide mail services to and from any of flydubai's airports.

You can now transport pets and other live animals through flydubai Cargo across all our destinations. We also offer services like door-to-door transportation and the option to book return flights for your pets and other animals. Whether it’s a pet or an animal transported for zoological or agricultural purposes, flydubai Cargo is ready to assist.
