Terminal 2 of Dubai International (DXB)

If your flight is from Dubai International Airport (DXB) Terminal 2, you can check in at one of the flydubai check-in desks.

If you are travelling in Business Class or you are an Emirates Skywards member (Platinum, Gold or Silver), you can check in at the flydubai Business Class check-in desks 23 and 24. You can use desks 2 to 18 to check in for your flight in economy.

Terminal 3 of Dubai International (DXB)

Selected flydubai flights to and from Dubai operate into and out of Terminal 3 at Dubai International (DXB). 

When travelling from Terminal 3, business passengers and Platinum, Gold or Silver Emirates Skywards members can check in at any of the business class check-in desks. Passengers flying in economy can use one of the economy class check-in desks.

When to arrive at the airport

• Check-in opens 3 hours before departure and closes 60 minutes before departure.
• Boarding starts 45 minutes before your flight.
• Boarding gates close 20 minutes before flight departure.

If you arrive late, you will not be accepted onto the flight.

Due to changes in passenger procedures even if you check in online, you’ll still need to go to the airport check-in counter for us to verify your travel documents and issue your boarding pass.
