Karachi to Gassim

The first stop on your trip to Gassim is Jinnah International Airport (KHI). The airport sits west of Karachi and takes around 45 minutes to reach. To get there from the city centre, you can travel by taxi or arrange a private transfer. You can also drive and leave your car at the airport, with plenty of parking facilities available.

Save time at the airport and check-in online before your flight. This service is available between 48 hours and 90 minutes prior to your departure time. All you need to do is print off your boarding pass before you arrive at the airport. After you’ve checked in and been through security, you’ll have some time to relax before your flight and browse the duty-free shops.

The first leg of your journey will take around two hours and 15 minutes. You’ll then have time to stretch your legs and grab a bite to eat at Dubai International Airport (DXB) before stepping onto your second flight. The stopover time will depend on what flight you choose. Once you get back on the plane for the final leg of your journey, you’ll be in the air for a further two hours and five minutes before you land in Gassim.

Gassim Regional Airport (ELQ) is about 120 km east of the city, which will take you around one hour and 15 minutes. However, if you’re travelling into the region’s capital, Buraydah, the airport is just 27 km away. Take a taxi, arrange a private transfer or hire a car to make the journey to your destination.
