Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport (BEY) is 7km from Beirut’s city centre and is the largest commercial airport in the country. Getting to the Beirut airport is easy in a taxi or take your car and park in the airport’s state-of-the-art car park.
You won’t be short of places to eat at Beirut Airport, with a range of restaurants and cafes to choose from, including a Japanese seafood bar on the third floor. There’s also duty-free shopping, prayer rooms and free Wi-Fi available for 30 minutes.
You can check in online between 48 hours and 90 minutes before your flight to zip through any queues at the terminal. If you’re checking in at one of flydubai’s airport counters, make sure you do it three hours before departure and at least 60 minutes before take-off. Packing light? Those with hand baggage only can head straight through security once you’ve collected your boarding pass.
Dubai International (DXB) is the world’s third busiest airport and has everything you need upon arrival. The city centre is just a 10-minute drive away and is easy to access via taxi or Dubai’s convenient bus service.
