Dammam to Baku

  • More than 30 flights per week depart for Baku from Dammam
  • You’ll fly south over the Arabian Gulf before touching down in Dubai. From there, your second flight will take you over the Arabian Gulf, Iran and the Caspian Sea before landing in Baku
  • Your first flight will take 1 hour and 25 minutes and the second will be around 2 hours and 50 minutes. The overall length of your journey will depend on the duration of your stopover in Dubai

Your journey

You’ll begin your journey to the shores of the Caspian Sea at King Fahd International Airport (DMM). The airport is located just over 20km from Dammam. To get there, take a taxi, hop on the bus or drive yourself – there are plenty of parking spaces to choose from.

When you arrive at DMM, visit the flydubai check-in desks and a member of our team will be happy to help you. From there, just drop off your bags and head through security into the departure area to await your first flight.

After approximately 1 hours and 25 minutes in the air, you’ll touch down in Dubai International Airport (DXB). Here you’ll find plenty of duty-free shops and restaurants to keep you busy until the second leg of your journey.

Finally, you’ll land at Baku Heydar Aliyev International Airport (GYD). When you leave the arrivals hall, you’ll find taxis available to take you to the city, along with the number 16 bus - the journey will take approximately 40 minutes to the city centre. Alternatively, hire a car with flydubai and explore the city for yourself.
