Jeddah to Faisalabad

Make your way to King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) in Jeddah, where you’ll board the first leg of your flight. The airport is about 20 minutes north of the city centre and can be reached either by taxi or car. There are ample car parks onsite so you can safely leave your vehicle while you’re away if you’d prefer to drive to the airport.

Inside the airport, head to the flydubai desks and check in with the assistance of one of our friendly team members. Here, you can hand over any baggage for the hold and collect your boarding pass. Then, you’ll pass through security and wait in the departure hall for your boarding gate to be announced.

The terminal building is fitted out with an array of restaurants and duty-free shops as well as prayer facilities. Enjoy some refreshments or pick up a new book to read on board. There is also a bank and a bureau de change if you need to exchange some currency for your trip. Once your gate has been announced, make your way to the boarding area.

After two hours and 55 minutes in the air, you’ll land in Dubai International Airport (DXB) for a transfer. Here, you’ll find a selection of cafes and duty-free shops in Terminal 2, which you can browse while you wait for your second flight. If you’re flying Business Class, you can relax in style in our flydubai Business Lounge, sampling freshly-prepared food and catching up on the latest periodicals, until it’s time to board again.

Taking off for the second time, you’ll fly over the Arabian Gulf and Iran, and arrive at Faisalabad International Airport (LYP) in approximately two hours and 45 minutes. From here, you can catch the bus or order a taxi to reach your next destination. It usually takes around 35 minutes to travel into the centre of the city from the airport.
