Your journey
Begin your trip to Russia at Dubai International Airport (DXB). Just a 15 minute journey from the city centre, there are plenty of ways to get there. Take a taxi, organise a private transfer, hop on the bus or opt for the Dubai Metro to Abu Hail station, just 2 kilometres from Terminal 2. Alternatively, drive to DXB and make use of the excellent parking facilities.
Once you arrive at the airport head to our check-in desks where a member of our team will happily check you in. If you want to save time at the airport, check-in online between 48 hours and 90 minutes prior to scheduled departure or you can choose to make use of the self-service kiosks at DXB.
Once you’ve dropped your bags, head through to security and then to the departure lounge, where you can relax ahead of your flight. With plenty of restaurants and a variety of shops to explore, your departure time will arrive even before you know it.
Upon landing at Vnukovo Airport (VKO) you’ll find yourself just 28km away from the centre of the city. Access to the capital is easy - arrange a private transfer or catch a taxi from the ground floor of terminals A and B. Otherwise, you can opt for the Aeroexpress train which runs from the airport to the Kiyevsky station or take a local bus right to the centre. If you’d prefer, you can hire a car and head out to explore the city on your own.
