You’ll find the iconic and attention grabbing Church on the Blood nestled close to the Dinamo Metro station. Built in 2003, this church sits on the site where Tsar Nicholas II and his family were executed. The home which originally stood here was demolished in 1977 but the basement remained and is now part of the current church, which dazzles with its pristine white walls and its dazzling golden domes. Every year ‘Tsar Days’ are celebrated here and during Easter week, visitors are allowed to ring the bell.
